Manifestations, affirmation, laws of attraction, and intention setting are often deemed as “too magical” and dismissed before people even contemplate trying them.
However, findings in the field of neuroplasticity determine we do have the capacity to change our beliefs, behaviors, and habits. Our brain is an organ that is built to change in response to experience.
We can shape our brains in beneficial ways by cultivating healthy habits of mind. The more your brain is exposed to new challenges (think – learning a new musical instrument), the more it reorganizes and makes an established path.
